iSky Motor · Website & email service

Last updated: 28 October 2026

iSky Motor (“we”, “us”) operates www.iskymotor.com and the iSky Motor Website Mail connection used by our website administrator. This policy explains how we handle information associated with our website, business inquiries and Google email connection. For privacy questions, contact info@iskymotor.com.

1. Information we handle

When you contact us, we receive the information you submit, which may include your name, work email, phone number, company and project requirements or message. Different forms request different fields. Please provide information you are authorized to share and do not submit account passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal information through general inquiry forms.

Our website, hosting and service providers may also process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, page URLs, timestamps, security signals and interactions with the site. Administrator accounts and, where enabled, comments can involve account details, submitted content and WordPress security or session information.

For an inquiry, we attach request context: the client IP observed by the server or a validated trusted proxy; an estimated country; the submission page URL without its query string or fragment; an estimated device type, operating system and browser; and browser-reported elapsed and visible time on that page before submission. These values support responding to inquiries, understanding their context and preventing abuse. Country and device classifications can be affected by VPNs, proxies or browser settings. Visible time is an estimate of a page being in the foreground, not a measurement of attention.

2. How we use information

We use inquiry information to respond to requests, discuss motor specifications and quotations, provide business support and manage related correspondence. We use technical information to operate and secure the website, prevent spam and abuse, diagnose problems and understand how visitors use our pages. Where applicable, processing is based on your request or consent, our legitimate business and security interests, contractual requirements or legal obligations.

3. Forms, security and website services

  • WordPress inquiry records and email: accepted new inquiries and their request context are saved in a private website inquiry archive available to authorized administrators. A notification is then sent through the configured WordPress email service to our business mailbox. Saving an inquiry and delivery of its notification are separate events, so a notification failure does not erase the saved inquiry.
  • Country estimates: these come from a validated network-edge country signal where available or an offline IP-country database. We do not send visitor IPs to an additional geolocation lookup API. The local database uses IP geolocation by DB-IP; its estimates may be incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile: we use Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate submissions from bots. Cloudflare processes browser, device and network signals for this purpose. See the Turnstile privacy addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
  • Microsoft Clarity: we use Clarity to understand website interaction through behavioral metrics, heatmaps and session replay, including clicks, scrolling, navigation and page or device information. Cookies and similar technologies may be used for this analysis. See Clarity privacy information and the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
  • Google tags: the site uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Data collected depends on the tags configured and may include page, device, network and cookie information. See how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.
  • WordPress and hosting: our website platform and host process information needed for page delivery, administration, backups, security and website-generated messages. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and preferences; other site features may also use cookies or similar storage.

New inquiries are no longer forwarded to Form-Data. Earlier submissions may remain in historical records held by Form-Data until those records are deleted under the applicable retention arrangements. Its visitor privacy notice describes that provider’s handling. Contact us about requests relating to earlier submissions.

You can manage cookies using your browser and relevant provider controls. Blocking cookies or scripts may affect site functions. Linked websites and embedded third-party content have their own privacy practices. We update this policy when our material processing arrangements change.

4. Google account connection and email data

Who connects: the iSky Motor Website Mail connection is for an authorized site administrator’s Google mailbox. Website visitors do not need to sign in with Google or authorize access to their Gmail accounts to send us an inquiry.

Permission and purpose: WP Mail SMTP connects WordPress to Gmail using OAuth. Its configured full-mail permission technically allows reading, composing, sending and permanently deleting Gmail messages. We use this connection to identify the authorized mailbox and send website-generated messages, such as system, security and inquiry notifications when a form uses the WordPress mail service. Connecting Gmail does not by itself change how an existing form is processed.

Data handled and stored: this connection involves the connected mailbox address, OAuth credentials and email data such as sender and recipient addresses, headers, subject, message content and any attachments supplied by the originating website feature. OAuth credentials are saved in the website’s plugin configuration. Google processes email delivery and mailbox data under the Google Privacy Policy. WP Mail SMTP and its OAuth redirect service help complete the connection. Message copies may remain in the connected mailbox, recipient mailboxes and relevant website or provider records.

Use and sharing limits: our use and transfer of Google API data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used for the requested website-mail feature and the other uses permitted by those requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use or transfer it to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models. Access is limited to what is needed to operate, support and secure this feature.

Revocation and deletion: the administrator can disconnect the account in WP Mail SMTP and revoke the application’s access in Google Account connections. Contact us to request deletion of relevant data under our control. Revoking access stops future authorized access; it does not automatically erase messages already delivered, recipient copies or records that must be retained for legitimate legal or security reasons.

5. Recipients, storage and security

Information is available to authorized people supporting the website and our business requests, and to the hosting, form, security, measurement and email providers described above as needed for their functions. Inquiry messages are shared with the intended business recipients so they can respond. Providers may process data in countries different from your own. We may also disclose information when required by law or to address fraud, abuse or security incidents, subject to applicable rules and the Google-data limits above.

We restrict administrative access and use available account and website security controls. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain inquiry correspondence, business records and technical records only as needed for their purposes, operational and security needs, and applicable obligations. Retention varies by record and provider; we do not promise a single fixed period for all information. Deletion from backups may follow the backup lifecycle.

6. Your choices and requests

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal information, object to certain processing, withdraw consent or raise a concern with a relevant authority. Email info@iskymotor.com with enough information to identify your request. We may need to verify identity and retain information where an applicable obligation or legitimate exception requires it.

This business website is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
